5) Mountains as a piece of art

Come to Fuerteventura and fall in love with silhouettes and shapes of local mountains. You should go to the island even for contemplation of the mountains. Soft, roundish, naked, somewhat erotic, and of interesting pastel shades. Volcanoes here mostly have round and undestroyed tops, which gradually change from one mountain into another, widely spreading all around the island. Mountains enchant with their beauty and soft-looking, tender coffee shades. You are to enjoy them on arrival.

6) Ajuy – incredible NATURE MUSEUM

There’re unique pieces of nature’s art near Ajuy town on Fuerteventura. The islanders have just made paths leading like through an exhibition hall. Incredible cliffs, rocks, landscapes, and huge caves you can come down to and feel being a pirate hiding treasures in the cave. Here you forget about the time and everything else.

Only marvel and wonder: how wind and water managed to create the patterns on the cliff, how powerful waves are, how stony and sharp ground can be. And be even more impressed by the giant caves you descend to by a path from the stairs and feel the fear of being in a black cave with massive stones in the water near it. It’s fantastically interesting here!

7) squirrels, squirrels, and squirrels once more

Fuerteventura allows you meeting cute tiny creatures that in such a friendly and genuine manner run up to people to be feed by them. Of course, you can’t feed the squirrels since this has drastic effect on the cycle of nature and the shape of these charming creatures), but it’s the only island inhabited by large numbers of these caudate. And it’s worth coming here to be able to watch the squirrels at arm length and incidentally treat them to a nut. 13 Canary Islands, Fuerteventura12 Canary Islands, Fuerteventura
